Leanne’s Rainbow Neon FX Palette is a fantastically bright collection of colours that enable you to create dazzling rainbows with a neon centre.

With an extra touch of UV light reactive neon colour to bring your designs to life. The splits can be used together to create a bold, striking design or you can use each split alone for more intricate artistry.

How to apply: Use a brush, sponge or dauber with a small amount of water to activate the colour and apply as desired.

Palette Colours: Cardinal Red, FX UV Neon Pink, FX UV Neon Yellow, Prime Deep Teal, Prime Magic Dark Blue.

Though widely used around the world by face painters & special FX artists, as of yet, the US FDA and EU Commission have not tested neon pigments to be used in cosmetics, therefore they have not been approved by the FDA or EU to be labelled as a cosmetic in the US & EU.
