How to apply: Use a brush, sponge or dauber with a small amount of water to activate the colour and apply as desired.

Palette Colours: Prime Light Blue, FX UV Neon Green, Prime Bright Yellow, Prime Magic Magenta, Prime Fresh Lilac.
